2025 TLC Homecoming Vendor Application

The Learning Center for the Deaf would like to invite you to participate in our Annual Homecoming celebration on Saturday, October 4, 2025. Come and help our community enjoy a day of fantastic food, fun and festivities.

This is one of the largest community events for TLC, with approximately 200 guests in attendance. This is a wonderful opportunity to promote your business and meet new people!

Rules and Regulations: 

The Annual Homecoming Day will be held at The Learning Center for the Deaf on Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 10 AM to 3 PM. 

It is important that you read the below rules and comply with them. Your cooperation is  extremely important to continue to make this special event successful.  

• RAFFLES ARE NOT PERMITTED AT THE EVENT. Please contact Carla Del Pizzo for further information.
• The fee is $50 for a 6’ foot space to vendor exhibitors. You need to bring your own pop-up tent, we will provide a table and two chairs.  
• The person applying for the booth must be 18 years or older. Students and children are welcome to work at the booth during the event under adult supervision.  
• Exhibitors must show up by 9 AM for set up. Please start breaking down your booth between 3:00 and 3:30 PM.  
• Anyone who does not respect these rules will not be allowed to participate in the event the following year.  
• Acceptance notices will be emailed or mailed by September 20th. If you are not accepted, your fee will be returned to you.

*Online payment is preferred*. Checks can be made payable to The Learning Center for the Deaf and mailed to the address below. Checks must be received no later than September 24th.

AGREEMENT:

I have read and understand the terms of this application and have answered each section truthfully. If selected, agree to abide by all the rules and regulations set out in this application. I understand that an incomplete application will not be considered.

Liability Release Form:

I hereby grant The Learning Center for the Deaf permission to use my likeness in a  photograph or video in any and all publications, including website entries, without payment  or any other consideration. I understand and agree that any photos and/or videos will  become the property of The Learning Center for the Deaf and will not be returned.  

I hereby irrevocably authorize The Learning Center for the Deaf to edit, alter, copy, exhibit,  publish or distribute any photos, and/or videos for purposes of publicizing The Learning  Center for the Deaf Homecoming or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the  right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein  my likeness and/or business likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or  other compensation arising or related to the use of any photos, and/or videos.  

I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge The Learning Center for the Deaf  from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors,  administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or  may have by reason of this authorization. I am 18 years of age and am competent to contract  in my own name. I have read this release before signing below and I fully understand the  contents, meaning, and impact of this release.
