TLC will host a Pickleball Tournament on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at the TLC Campus Schwab Athletic Center, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (time is subject to change; see schedule below). We will have two courts for simultaneous game play. Our tournament is set up as a coed scramble.

Schedule:
- 2.0-3.0 - 8:00 AM to 12 PM
- 3.0-3.5 - 12:00 to 4:00 PM
- 3.5+ - 4:00 to 8:00 PM
Notes:
- Final brackets and exact times will be structured after registration closes and at the tournament committee’s discretion in order to ensure good play and properly prepare for the tournament.
- Players must be 18 years of age or older by the date of the tournament.
- Each player must register individually (no partners are needed).
- There are no refunds or exchanges.
- If inclement weather occurs, a snow day will be announced.
- Registrations must be received by Friday, December 19th to guarantee a t-shirt.
- We have a limited number of player spots available. Once our limit has been reached, we will start a wait list.
- This event is for Deaf, hard of hearing, and signers; interpreters will not be in attendance.
This registration form includes a Player and Facilities Waiver on Page 2 that must be signed prior to being able to participate in our event.

Facilities and Property Use Waiver and Liability Release
Facilities Use:
This form is for The Learning Center for the Deaf (TLC) guests and participants who will use TLC's campus, meeting rooms, and community spaces for an upcoming event or conference.

Facilities Terms of Agreement:
The Learning Center for the Deaf (TLC) is committed to supporting organizations within the Deaf Community. Therefore, the use of the facilities will be permitted, when possible, and at the discretion of TLC, when the following conditions are met:

Signed Waiver and Facilities and Property Use Waiver and Liability Release
No tobacco, vaping, e-cigarettes, alcohol or illegal substances are to be used at any time, anywhere on campus. All participants must demonstrate mature, respectful behavior at all times. Any individual violating this requirement must be excluded from all future activities on campus, or the organization will no longer be permitted to use the space.

Facility: The Learning Center for the Deaf
In consideration of being allowed to use the above-named facility on the date(s) indicated, the undersigned hereby releases and waives all claims for liability against The Learning Center for the Deaf, located at 848 Central Street, Framingham, MA 01701, and all their employees, officers, agents, board members, volunteers and any and all individuals and organizations assisting, arising or in any way predicated upon acts or omissions, in connection with the undersigned’s use of the above-described facilities or property.

The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Learning Center for the Deaf, all their employees, officers, agents, board members, volunteers, and any and all individuals and organizations assisting from any and all liability arising out of, or in any manner predicated upon, loss or damage to property, injury or death which injury may occur in connection with the use of the above-described facilities and/or property, whether or not such injury, loss, or damage arises, in whole or in part, from the negligence of The Learning Center for the Deaf, all their employees, officers, agents, board members, volunteers or any additional affiliated members.

The undersigned further states that they are of lawful age and legally competent and empowered to sign this waiver and release on their own behalf and/or on behalf of their principal and that such waiver and release is freely given and based upon no statement or representation The Learning Center for the Deaf, and all their employees, officers, agents, board members, volunteers and any and all individuals and organizations assisting.

I affirm that I have read this Facilities and Property Use Waiver and Liability Release and understand the contents of this Agreement to use The Learning Center for the Deaf on the date indicated above.
