With feedback from our Staff Strategic Planning Committee and our Board Members, we have drafted five proposed strategic goals that will guide TLC’s direction from 2026 to 2029. Before these goals are finalized, we want to hear directly from you. Your feedback will help ensure that our priorities reflect the strengths, needs, and lived experiences of the communities we serve.

At TLC we will demonstrate a culture of equity, belonging, inclusion, and physical accessibility. We honor all Deaf identities and cultural experiences and ensure that staff, students, clients, patients, and both signing and non signing family and community members feel valued and supported.
